A one-day exhibition is coming to Mustard Tree Little Hulton - showcasing artwork from Salford residents.
Part of the Salford CVS 'Whose Art, Whose Culture' Project, the sessions explore and celebrate the art, culture, and heritage of Salford’s diverse communities.
We are now giving you the chance to see artwork from the first part of project, created by local residents of Little Hulton and the wider Walkden and Salford area.
The sessions have been facilitated by Salford-born artist Chelsea Davies, who became Salford Precinct’s first ever Artist in Residence. Chelsea is well-known for her artistic work across the city, including projects with Briar Hill Court and Salford Shopping Centre.
The exhibition will be held upstairs at Mustard Tree's Little Hulton hub between 11am - 3pm on Wednesday 11th September. The Community Shop - which now has extended opening hours - will be open until 4pm.
The next workshop will begin one week after the exhibition - those who would like to take part in the next workshop can register interest by emailing information@mustardtree.org.uk or calling 0161 228 7331.
