Wellbeing Matters
Salford Third Sector Consortium are currently the key delivery partner for the Social Prescribing Element of the Wellbeing Matters Programme in Salford.
The programme is being delivered through a range of members (The Big Life Group, START inspiring Minds, Social Adventures, Inspiring Communities Together, Helping Hands and Langworthy Cornerstone).
Since starting delivery in December 2018 the Consortium has supported over 2,200 referrals and enabled 2,567 total prescriptions/interventions "out to the community" to date.
