Aspire provides extraordinary support for exceptional people living with Dementia and Learning Disabilities in Salford and the surrounding areas. We offer a range of day services, respite care, supported living, and community and carer support, helping people to live their lives, their way. We are passionate about supporting people to achieve their own personal goals, dreams, and ambitions.
We are currently recruiting for two Team Leader roles, to work in the below services:
1 x Team Leader – Granville Respite Support
1 x Team Leader – Poppy Dementia Support.
At Granville, we offer short breaks and respite care for guests with learning disabilities and complex health needs, aged 14 and over. We have a highly skilled team who are trained in complex needs, autistic spectrum conditions, behavioural support, and total communication techniques.
Poppy Dementia Support is home to our dementia day support service, and also to our specialist Poppy Dementia Suite. Our services have been specially designed as a safe, warm, relaxed, and friendly space, which focuses on person-centered care for people living with moderate to advanced dementia.
For this role, ideally you will have previous experience of leading a team or be ready to take that next step on your management journey. You will have the skills to motivate people and bring out the best in your team, be organised and excellent communicator.
You will be passionate about the delivery of high-quality person-centered services and be ambitious about supporting people to achieve their goals. You will also need to be highly motivated, creative, and with a willingness to learn.

- Granville | 1 Full Time – 36 hours over 7 days
