Morning Session: Volunteering is changing...and so must you.

Volunteering is changing and old models of how to recruit and retain people are increasingly outdated. We will explore some of these changes, and what you can do to adapt your volunteering offer.

Afternoon Session: Dealing with problem behaviour

Sometimes volunteering doesn’t go smoothly. In this session we’ll explore what that might happen and what you can do about it

Rob’s training is a blend of presentation, networking, small group work, discussion and Q&A. This course is aimed at volunteer managers and volunteer co-ordinators.
