
About the Forum
Vocal Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence Forum was established in July 2020 and brings together VCSE organisations who work with and support victims of domestic abuse and sexual violence
Aim
The aim of the forum is to provide a collective voice for VCSE organisations working with victims and survivors of domestic abuse and sexual violence and influence the work strategic partnerships within the city
Objectives
- To have a collective voice, and influence the work of Salford ‘s Community Safety Partnership, Safeguarding Adults Board and Safeguarding Children’s Board
- Work with public sector partners to ensure a quality assured, sustainable response to supporting victims and survivors of domestic abuse and sexual violence
- To ensure that the Vocal Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence Forum’s membership organisations expertise and diverse experience fully informs the strategy, service transformation and commissions
