Job Description:
Purpose of the post: The role is to provide Reception/Administration (Reception -First point of contact with visitors and beneficiaries, answering the phone and dealing with general enquiries via email. Administration - The post holder will also be involved with the administration for all departments of the Trust.
Main tasks that the post holder will do:
- Provide reception duties for the organisation.
- Provide administrative support for The Trust.
- Deal with phone and in-person enquiries.
- Work with other project staff within the Trust.
- Other such duties relevant to the nature of the post, as agreed with the Line Manager
- Duties and tasks may change and develop as the demand and needs change.
- Check notice boards for out-of-date information.
Person Specification:
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- IT/Data inputting.
- Good knowledge of Word and Excel
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work sensitively with a range of people and as part of a mixed task team.
- Good organising skills/working to deadlines.
Willingness to undertake relevant training.
The post-holder shall carry out all their duties with full regard to the Trust's policies, in particular the Equal Opportunities and Health and Safety policies, this includes the acceptance of personal responsibility for their practical implementation
