We’ll be gathering at Peel Park in Salford for a 5km community run in support of Mind in Salford and to begin the festive fun.

The Mental Elf Run is open to all – whether you’re an avid runner, a casual jogger, or just want to walk and soak up the festive vibe. And as a thank-you for supporting mental health, every participant will receive a bespoke Mind in Salford medal to commemorate the day!
