Train as a Mental Health First Aid Champion

The training is face to face and delivered by Mind in Salford. 

All dates will run from 9am – 5pm and will be held at Salford Civic Centre, Swinton. M27 5AWFor parking, please use the pay and display at the front of Unity House or park in one of the supermarkets and nearby side streets.

Accessibility – Salford Civic Centre has a lift and WC.

The trainer will provide refreshments, tea, coffee, and biscuits.  Lunch – bring along a packed lunch or there is an Asda and Morrisons up the road. 

Due to a number of non-attendances and last-minute cancellations Public Health has introduced a charging policy. Agencies will be charged for staff who fail to attend courses if MIND are not informed of a cancellation at least 14 days before the booked session so there is sufficient time to fill all available places and to minimise financial loss to the council. The charge for non-attendance or late arrival will be £50. (Please note the cost of this course is £200 per person).
