Building on the success of a project that first took place in Peel Park during lockdown, Walk the Plank are inviting curious creatives and outdoor enthusiasts from the Salford area—whether you’re an artist, local resident, or park volunteer—to join us for a new phase of this journey.
The Creative Explorers Outside continued professional/personal development (CPD) programme is designed for people who are interested in or have experience of:
- Arts, culture and heritage, particularly with a focus on participation
- Green spaces and the environment, gardening or conservation
- Making things happen within your community
- Learning, developing or sharing creative skills
Free to take part, with financial support available for access, participants will engage in a mix of online sessions and hands-on workshops held at Buile Hill Park and our base at Cobden Works.
