This event is tailored to both current transport scheme providers and organisations considering the extension of their operations into transport services for two areas:
- Adult Social Care: Including patient transport to and from appointments, and support for discharged patients.
- Children's Services: Focusing on transportation for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

The workshop offers a unique opportunity to explore the current landscape, address the challenges, and identify opportunities in transport service provision. You will hear directly from:
- Mike Corrigan, Managing Director of Adult Social Care, (Northern Care Alliance) who will provide insights into the pressing challenges faced by the Adult Social Care sector and discuss opportunities for VCSE transport providers.
- Rebecca Pendlebury, Operations Manager Passenger Support Unit, (Salford City Council) who will share their perspective on the needs and opportunities within Children's Services, particularly for SEND transport.
