The 10GM VCSE Future Leaders Programme aims to nurture talent in Greater Manchester’s Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector by building capacity and skills. The programme will run from January to June 2024 and will be co-designed with future VCSE leaders. It will include workshops and oneto-one support for participants.
The programme is free to access and includes a financial contribution of £750, paid to organisations/groups to support participation in the programme. The programme is specifically for people within small or medium-sized VCSE organisations or groups and is committed to promoting equity and diversity. We want this programme to include people, who may experience barriers to progressing into senior and leadership positions within organisations. People underrepresented may include people experiencing racial inequalities, disabled people, women, and people who identify as LGBTQ+. We actively encourage applicants from members of these groups/communities and all others. 20 spaces are available on the programme.
Apply by 12pm (noon), Monday 15th January: https://10gm.org.uk/Workforce-future-leaders.html
