The VCSE Leadership Development Programme will bring together a group of people with experience of VCSE management and leadership, to co-design and participate in a series of leadership learning workshops.
Both the co-design process and the learning workshop sessions themselves will be facilitated by Kerry Tottingham from A Brilliant Thing CIC.
“These Leadership Workshops are designed for leaders and managers in the VCSE sector who, despite limited resources and time (and lots of plate spinning!), play a vital role in inspiring teams and driving change across Greater Manchester. This series comprises creative and practical development sessions tailored for VCSE managers and leaders. Together we will share, enrich, and develop processes and practices, that strengthen organisations, support our teams and develop both our personal resilience and network of peer support.”
Key dates and how to apply
To make sure you get the most out of this experience and to support the building of relationships within the group, we ask that you can commit to attend one of the co-design sessions and the majority of the workshop sessions. We anticipate that workshops will be held at a range of venues across Greater Manchester. We anticipate that most of these core workshop sessions will be held in person, although this is dependent on the group’s preferences that emerge in the co-design phase:
