Volunteer Tin Collector - Bury and surrounding areas

Description:

We are looking for volunteers to assist with collecting tins from a variety of shops, pubs, restaurants and other businesses across Bury and North Manchester (BL8/9 & M25/26/45). The role is flexible based on your availability and MILEAGE IS PAID.

What you’ll get up to

• Liaising with businesses to find out if they need a tin emptying
• Responding to any requests to empty a tin within your designated route
• When needed, count and bank money you have collected
• Invite more local businesses within your area to have a collection tin on site

There are 40-80 sites in each round located at a variety of businesses which require a visit every 2-6 months (approximately 5-10 visits per week - can be emptied weekly, fortnightly or monthly)
