We’re recruiting for Front of House volunteers at Imperial War Museum North!
Help tell the stories of lives changed by war and conflict.
As a Discover Volunteer you will be the warm and welcoming face of the museum helping our visitors feel special and valued. You will be able to make recommendations based on every visitor’s personal interest and provide information to make sure that everyone gets the very most out of a visit.

Expectations & Commitment:
To make the most of your volunteering with us we ask for a regular commitment (ideally once a week) and that you can attend two training sessions.
No previous experience is required, and all relevant training will be provided. Roles have been designed to be accessible and engaging for all. Applicants must be aged 18 or over and undergo a basic DBS check.
