RECEPTIONIST / CENTRE ADMINISTRATOR

We are looking for an enthusiastic, efficient individual with great communication, administrative and IT skills to join our team as a Receptionist/Centre Administrator.

Duties include:

  • Being the first point of contact for all Carer and Professional enquiries received through our telephone/online reception service, connecting Carers to appropriate services and logging all enquiries accurately.
  • Researching and identifying trusted sources of information that may benefit Carers and add these to our internal library.
  • Ensuring all internal office systems are maintained and updated appropriate to the needs of the organisation.
  • Keep our online filing system maintained, ensuring all standard forms, procedures, resources are accessible and easy to find.
  • Administration for the organisation and service delivery as directed by the CEO, and Assistant to the CEO. This will be a range of tasks to support the efficient running of the Centre.
  • Being the main contact for our database provider, ensuring the whole team are notified of any updates to our database, CharityLog.
  • Supporting all aspects of membership administration. 
  • Alongside team members, promote and raise the profile of Manchester Carers Centre and our services online and off-line.
