Volunteer Opportunities
We are inviting people with Refugee or Asylum Seeking background to volunteer with us at Salford Libraries.
The Role: To assist the library team with a wide variety of tasks related to our libraries and services that we provide.
The tasks involved:
Delivering a welcome to our visitors in a friendly and approachable manner
Assisting the library team with events and activities in the library and externally
Assisting customers using our self-service kiosks and with basic enquiries, printing and photocopying
Assisting with library displays, shelving and tidying, ensuring that the library looks attractive and vibrant to our visitors.
