Volunteer Opportunities
We are looking for someone to join our website and social media team but there may be opportunities to get involved in other areas if you wish to gain more experience.
The role involves:
- Helping to raise the profile of the service using LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook
- Creating graphics for social media using Canva
- Liaising with other volunteers via email or Zoom to help promote their activities on social media

Some ideal skills for this role are creativity, organisation, communication, use of Google Docs, Sheets and Forms, Canva and ability to act on initiative but we do not expect applicants to have all of these
Volunteers are invited to attend a weekly Zoom meeting with all the other volunteers, offering the chance to meet other like-minded people in the city. At the moment, we are all volunteering from home meaning access to a computer and internet is required.
We ask that volunteers commit to joining us for four hours per week for at least six months.
