Description:

Volunteers can get involved in a variety of opportunities including gardening, conservation and cooking.

We offer free courses too in horticulture and conservation skills.

Generally a typical volunteering day might look like:
10am Meet for a brew and discuss potential jobs around the garden and in the dale
Opportunity to take part in one of the courses in the morning or to help with tasks
Some volunteers will cook a lunch for everyone
12pm meet up for a hot lunch
1pm an activity such as a nature walk
2pm help with tasks within the garden, opportunity for 121 time with the course tutor
