Service Manager

This is an exciting time for our local, independent charity supporting adults living with sight loss.  Our Future Vision project has been successful in obtaining 5-year funding from the National Lottery.  We are looking for a Service Manager to lead this transformative new project at the heart of our organisation. Working closely with the CEO, this is more than just a management role—it’s an opportunity to shape the future of our services and create lasting impact in the lives of those we support.

Who are We Looking For:

  • A proactive leader with experience of managing teams, project management and community engagement.
  • A passion for inclusion, accessibility, and empowering people with sight loss.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on implementation.
