Is our service right for you?

Our Family Hub Navigators support families with:

🌈 Feeling connected to your community or finding groups that match your identity (cultural, LGBTQ+, older parents, etc.).

😊 Tackling loneliness, social isolation, or low-level mental health challenges like anxiety or depression.

πŸ› οΈ Accessing practical support like baby banks, welfare advice, or SEND/disability resources.

πŸ’¬ Getting involved in social activities or improving physical wellbeing through exercise.

🏠 Finding community support as a refugee, asylum seeker, or in other transitions.
 

We may not be the right service if you need:

Immediate housing, safeguarding, or high-level mental health/substance misuse support.

Crisis intervention for domestic violence, crime, or social care (though we can help guide you if these arise during support).

Medical care like GP or dentist registration.
