Organisation description: Neuro is a safe space for parents and carers and the neurodivergent individuals they care for. Members share resources and are provided with refreshments, we support each other inturn reducing isolation by being surrounded by others who understand. Neuro want to provide a space in the group, for neurodivergent children that are brought along to relax, play and explore comfortably while the parents and carers can socialise and get involved with any projects that are discussed i.e. family days out, cookery classes, fist aid classes, art projects and projects to raise awareness. We have already had a number of activities, like an art project where members created models which represent the individual they care for, we play bingo, a number of local resources such as CAMHS, 0-19 team, SCOPE, SIASS and have had a couple of activities during the school holidays organised with which tiny tots Ltd, who we work alongside, have funded these, which was an hour private session for Neuro's members and their families with the bubble man and a trip to the farm.

What are your opening days and times, and when is your venue and meeting space available?: Neuro is run on Mondays the next group is being held on 03/07/2023 and is run bi weekly but not during the school holidays.
The time the group starts is from 1pm until 2:30pm
