We offer a varied programme of regular activities and workshops focusing on health and wellbeing, creative writing, digital engagement, photography workshops, IT sessions and discussion groups. We also hold sessions that focus on specific issues such as domestic abuse, empowerment and mental health. One-to-one support is also available from a counsellor.

TEK Eagles, introducing the basics of using a smartphone, helping people to enjoy the benefits of this technology in their everyday lives. Led by community members, hands-on, fun sessions cover communicating with friends and relatives via different channels, using video call facilities and taking photographs.

Get me Work Ready, workshops on Aspirations, Vision, Skills Set, Career Planning, CVs, Applying For Work, Presentation Skills, Confidence & Resilience. Interview Techniques- Role Play, Dress Code, Negotiation Skill, Time Keeping, Communication Skills, Team Work, Budgeting– Financial Management
Other projects have included 'Forgotten Soldiers' ‘Be who you want to be’ and 'In Search of Rumi' and ‘Majlis (South Asian Over 65 Elderly Men’s Shed Project) and Innovation Hub (inter-generational) and Heroes
Arts & Minds Global, a mental health and arts initiative that uses arts and innovation alongside mental health experts to destigmatize the approach and attitudes towards mental health in BAME communities.
Colours of COVID, was a new fluid and flexible online Health and Arts initiative in response to the pandemic and its impact on mental health. A ground-breaking and innovative programme to continue support within communities and marginalised groups most in need. A virtual platform for people from diverse backgrounds, focused on COVID-19 and mental health.
