Organisation description: We are a not for profit organisation working to transform the lives of people living with hidden disabilities (autism, ADHD, learning disabilities etc) by producing task specific visual display boards.
The boards bring structure and routine and help communication between user and other people, leading to a reduction in emotional meltdowns and encouraging positive behaviour and self worth. We want to ensure anyone who would benefit from using a board has that opportunity, so we want to make them as widely available as possible.
We are also host employers to supported apprentices who themselves have hidden disabilities and who currently find it difficult to gain employment. Our aim is to provide the apprentices with the necessary skills required to thrive in the job market.
