We run wellbeing workshops and give talks, run icebreakers, and train people on Laughter, the breath (yoga breathing), and creativity. We work with community groups, organisations of all types, and schools. We have programs on Laughter Yoga, Joyful Workplaces, Gibberish and creative play. The aim of our activity is to provide wellbeing opportunities for individuals and groups, to find ways of managing stress, improving health, and increase happiness in our lives and our workplaces and our social life.
