Organisation description: New Life Community Centre (NLCC) aim proposes a regular activity carried out by our organisation is improving the condition of life for Refugees and Asylum Seekers and Migrants now residing in Salford and surrounding areas. Within these activities NLCC propose to relieve Boredom, poverty, racism, sickness and distress, to encourage social and economic changes to improve the family life circumstances.
NLCC provide free and confidential advice, Sign-posting Referrals and assistance with Immigration issues. Representation at local authority offices and advisory Services with Welfare Benefits, Health issues, Education, Employment. Translation and Interpreting (Languages: Lingala Swahili, Tshiluba, Kikongo, French, Polish, Russian etc…) services for newly arrived and existing Refugees, Asylum Seekers & migrants residing in the UK.
In the interest of social welfare with the objective of improving the condition of life, for Refugees, Asylum Seekers, Migrant and all such persons who are in need of facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity, or disablement, poverty or social economic, circumstances.
NLCC encourage individuals who wish to settle here to play a full part in the wider community. Embracing a common language and understanding life in the UK which is vital and important in achieving effective integration, good race relations and community cohesion as a central part of our migration policy that benefits all society.
