Rob Jackson, an international leading voice in volunteer management and published author on the subject, will be delivering a 1 day Recruiting and Managing Volunteers course. 

Rob returns to Salford for the first time since 2019 to challenge and inspire you to think differently about engaging volunteers post-pandemic.

Mixing presentation, networking, small group work, discussion and Q&A, you will have an opportunity to reflect on:

• how the last two years have changed volunteering;
• what these changes might mean for your practice;
• why giving great customer service to current and potential volunteers might be more important than ever;
• how volunteer sharing might release untapped potential in your community.

You will leave with new connections, new ideas and some insights into what the future might hold for volunteering after a tumultuous period for us all.
