Every year Salford CVS hold a conference for the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise Sector in Salford. We have a different theme every year.
Last year (2022) our annual conference explored the theme of ‘How can we lobby and campaign for change whilst practically supporting disenfranchised communities?’
The 2021 conference theme was Belonging: Exploring Identity and Place
At this year’s conference, we are focusing the conversation on ‘Justice for Disabled People - The Role of the VCSE Sector in Salford’
We’ll be exploring how our sector can both lobby and campaign against barriers, whilst also practically supporting disabled people and communities in Salford.
We hope you will join us!
This conference is free of charge and is aimed at voluntary organisations, community groups, charities and social enterprises who operate in Salford for the benefit of Salford residents.
Come along and listen to some diverse and inspiring keynote speakers; engage in a wide range of practical workshops; and take the opportunity to network with colleagues from across the VCSE sector in Salford.
