Celebrating Impact – How to create an impact on a page

Are you ready to showcase the impact of your VCSE group or organisation? Our practical Celebrating Impact workshop is designed specifically for the VCSE sector and explores how to create an Impact on a Page resource.

Why Celebrate Impact?

  • Raise Awareness: Let others know about what you do and the difference you make.
  • Acknowledge Volunteers and Staff: Recognise their valuable contributions.
  • Engage Funders and Supporters: Attract potential support.

What Is “Impact on a Page”?

  • It’s a versatile tool to showcase your VCSE group or organisation.
  • It can be adapted for different audiences and purposes.

What You Will Learn:

  1. Strategic Thinking: Understand key considerations when developing an Impact on a Page.
  2. Crafting Impactful Content: Explore what makes an engaging Impact on the Page.
  3. Introduction to our Impact on a Page template: Get to grips with our template.
  4. Additional Resources: Discover tools and materials that are available to enhance your impact.

This session is free to VCSE groups and organisations based in or operating across Salford.

When

  • Tuesday 4th June 2024
  • 10am to 1:30pm

Location

Eccles Gateway is located at 28 Barton Lane, Eccles, Salford, M30 0TU, there are multiple public transport links nearby including Eccles bus, train and tram stations. 

 

Venue Accessibility

  • Accessible toilets on all floors
  • Automatic door at the main entrance
  • Hearing loop at the ground floor reception
  • Higher and lower counters at the ground floor reception
  • Lifts to all floors
  • Portable hearing loop available

 

Parking

  • There is a pay and display car park available opposite the Gateway at Eccles Leisure Centre Car Park (Barton Lane, Eccles, M30 0DD). You can pay at the ticket machine or by the app RingGo 
  • There is a pay and display car park available also at Morrisons Car Park. You can pay by the app RingGo app
  • Three bays for disabled parking at the rear of the Eccles Gateway building
