 In this fixed term role, the successful candidate, will work to support and develop colleagues, systems, procedures and communication channels ensuring sustained quality and compliance. Essential criteria:-

  • Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and digital methods
  • Strong project management and effective organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Well-honed ICT skills including data manipulation, analysis and interpretation
  • Sound knowledge of GDPR and experience of managing sensitive information
  • Strong people, resource and time-management skills
  • Experience in setting up and maintaining CRM systems with working knowledge of web-based software
  • Excellent customer care when working with internal and external stakeholders
  • An understanding of the issues facing older people and a desire to make a difference.

The Corporate Services Manager is a member of the charity’s management team, working directly to the Chief Executive and managing a small team of two, with day to day responsibility for the charity’s governance, administration, organisational development and communication channels, including social media.
