What’s the job?

Some of our most dedicated staff work within support roles and we are looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator (Maternity Cover) to join our Facilities Department.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence and be part of improving our service delivery to create a good working environment for our colleagues.

The successful candidate will have experience in working within a facilities environment and will be the main contact for suppliers for our Macclesfield office.  You will ensure the smooth running of the building, having the capability to deal with general maintenance on a day to day basis.  You should have the ability to be able to troubleshoot under pressure together with holding a good knowledge of health and safety practices including water testing, fire alarm testing and general health and safety tasks associated with the buildings services.  General admin duties are included in this role.

This role demands a proactive approach to working as you will be expected to be one step ahead of the game on fault reporting.

This role will cover a period of parental leave and is likely to be for a period of 12 months.
